Plov (Pilaf)

Dolma
Grape leaves stuffed with spiced meat and rice. Also made with cabbage, pepper, and tomato.
Kebab
Grilled meat skewers — try lulya kebab (minced lamb) and tika kebab (marinated chunks).
Gutab
Thin stuffed flatbread — filled with greens, pumpkin, or meat. Best eaten fresh and hot.
Piti
Slow-cooked lamb stew in clay pots, a specialty of Sheki.
